I think he means he will bring Theresa to heel along with all the other client states that are afraid to upset him.
His spelling has always been bad. He’s a reactionary and a bad one. Radio 4 asked what we would tweet, if we had control of his account for an hour; my response; This account is closed. Please, somebody seize it and shut it down!
