Here’s the reason Amber Rudd is wrong to say the government is not on the verge of collapse
Home Secretary Amber Rudd wants us to believe the government is not about to collapse, due to the proliferation of sexual assault allegations against Conservative MPs.
Asked by the BBC’s Andrew Marr if the fallout threatens to bring down Theresa May’s administration, she said: “Absolutely not. I think it is something that will take place, in terms of clearing out Westminster of that sort of behaviour, and Westminster, including the Government, will be better off after it. It will be a positive thing.”
Ms Rudd – whose own name is on the so-called Tory Sleaze spreadsheet, let’s not forget – is mistaken, and the reason can be found in the following tweet (with apologies for the language used):
Can the @conservatives stop groping & wanking for long enough to release the #BrexitReports TODAY please.#NoConfidence

Simply put, the minority Conservative government has lost what little respect the people of the UK have ever given it.
It is now an administration full of people who are seen to enjoy “groping and wanking” more than governing.
No government can weather that kind of criticism.
It is just a matter of time until it falls.

Wait till the reports on Tory Due Diligence come out off the ‘Paradise Papers’ for accepting money from a non-dom.
Sounds like wishful thinking from sleazy Rudd.
