Tories failed to build ANY of the 200,000 starter homes they promised in 2015

This is a diabolical admission by Mr Javid. He’s saying he couldn’t be bothered to spend money dealing with a pressing crisis that faces the British people.
He simply doesn’t care and would rather keep the money.
Mr Javid likes money.
He doesn’t like people who need a home.
Housing Secretary Sajid Javid was forced to “surrender” £72m in affordable homes cash as it was deemed “no longer required” this year.
Javid has admitted a total of £817m of the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government’s (MHCLG) budget is being sent back to the Treasury as his department had failed to spend the cash.
In an “explanatory memo”, Javid, who had housing added to his communities and local government brief in January, said the huge sum was no longer needed in 2017/18.
The unspent cash includes:
- £65m for London, where housing pressures are most acute
- £329m for the Government’s flagship ‘starter homes’ programme for first-time buyers
It comes amid a UK-wide housing crisis and after ministers failed to deliver any of 200,000 new starter homes pledged in 2015.

I don’t suppose for one minute they ever intended to build any new starter homes. They are corrupt liars.

I have told UNIONS to get in on the property act, and if really concerned go into buying and developing workers homes and homes for their members. seeing it as an investment and a way of securing their interests.
But they wont, rather spend members money on protests coaches and reactionary BS Come the Revolution
Remember there are workers houses around, beautiful ones built originally by the workers associations and mutual friendship savings groups and also wonderful workers houses built by social entreprenuers, but no they wont. rather have violence and a molotov cocktail a policeman or fire officer brain damaged and spinal incapacity for life and mass 100,000s walking down the streets
PS these marches and demonstrations never won anything, there were loads of them during victorian times edwardian times 1920s 1930s THEY DID NOT WIN OR GAIN ANYTHING

If all these union-backed marches and strikes never gained anything, why did living standards for the working classes steadily improve until the first Thatcher government of 1979, which was dedicated to destroying everything that had been built up until then?
