Let’s have a short reminder about conditioned helplessness and why you should not accept it.

The video clip below is not referring to a current news story but a reminder that, while we are not helpless and can take action to stop what we see as injustices, there are plenty of powerful influencers – politicians, media or social media personalities – who will try to make us believe that we aren’t and we can’t. What I say here is intended to be an antidote to that, as much as such a thing is possible for me to achieve.
