A public meeting has been organised in Swansea to discuss the next steps in forming a new working-class party.
This announcement comes one week after 1,000 trade unionists organised an online meeting to discuss how a new party could involve workplaces and communities.
That meeting was addressed by Independent MPs Jeremy Corbyn and Zarah Sultana, and former MP Dave Nellist.
Corbyn and Sultana have since launched a new party, with 200,000 people signing up on the first day.
The meeting in Swansea will be held at Dyfatty Community Centre at 7.30pm on Thursday (July 31).
It is sponsored by the Trade Unionist and Socialist Coalition and the Socialist Party, and will be addressed by Gareth Bromhall, a founding signatory of Trade Unionists for a New Party.
Come along and join the discussion.
