Please sign the petition to make toilets available for claimants in Job Centres
Please sign the petition to ensure that the sick and disabled are allowed a little dignity when visiting the Job Centre. Believe it or not, without a legal guarantee, staff may well subject these people to humiliation.
I have read several instances of people attending meetings in Job Centres being refused permission to use toilets and then soiling themselves. Some disabilities mean that people need use of toilets urgently, one example is Crohn’s Disease, but there are many others.

this is an affront to the disabled and considering the long wait for people to be interviewed toilets are essential. Any one know if there are drinks outlets in job centres????
Denying them access to the toilet is no different from denying food water or medicine from people who did not enter the building out of choice but because they were ordered to do so is discrimination, bullying and therefore a hate crime. I hope these incidents are reported to the police. Just removing a few JCP staff to be interviewed by the police will make these inhuman self appointed little sultans think twice before abusing their power. I don’t know how the members of their family can tolerate them.
