A quick note about possible Tory election fraud and crowdfunding

This Writer noted that it seems the proper way to challenge the election result is by court action costing at least £5,500. In the comments section I clarified that I do not wish to start any such action until I have received clarification from the Electoral Commission and Channel 4 News on certain points. If it came to that, I would launch a campaign on a crowdfunding site – Indie Go Go has been recommended, for example.
Since the article went out, Vox Political has received a slight, but gratefully-received, increase in donations.
This is welcome, but I am slightly concerned that people may be trying to fund the possible legal action that I mentioned in the article. No such action is currently being contemplated and if it is launched, a separate funding stream will be set up. I need to keep it distinct from donations toward the running of This Blog.
I wanted to make that perfectly clear, so everybody knows what’s happening – including myself.

I have just written to Lancashire Chief Constable. Two Tory MPs – for Morecambe and
Lunesdale and Bury North (David Nuttall) are allegedly guilty of fraud involving
Cameron’s 2015 Roadtrip Campaign. I live in another part of Lancashire. Hope police
will pursue it. Why do I not feel hopeful ??
Impossible to prove perhaps, but I believe the last election was a stitch-up between the Tories and the SNP. My belief is that the entire Scottish referendum plan was little more than a plot to help the SNP kick the Labour party out of Scotland: Which is the backbone of Labour support. Both the SNP and the Tories are winners, while the Scots and the English people lose massively. Even with this massive advantage the Tories are pretty much a government without a mandate (23%): What a bunch of slithering toads.

surely questions like are prison sentences likely to be the outcome for Cameron and the other tory MPs .
resignation, and continuation of pension rights, and a lifetime bar from political positions in Parliament are surely proportionate if corruption is proven.
repayment of tax evaded and destruction of the tory party, and introduction of a deselection process which overrides Parliamentary privilege could also be bonuse effects.
These, if gauranteed would have a remarkable effect in securing donations.!!!!

post that referred to Camerons resignation etc. For him and cronies dismissal and a ban from voting in parliament should take place with immediate effect if the court case proceedings occur.
They should be exposed and brought up on charges for this!
Am confused. I thought that this funding expenses fraud was a police matter to be brought against those committing the fraud, surely the Electoral Commission can establish that and make representations to the police. Why should one individual out of 60 million people need to make representations to the courts? This matter of the current governments illegal activity is an assault against “the electorate”. Surely “we” have someone to represent our interests when the evidence is freely available to the police?
While the Electoral Commission is asking people to approach the police in individual constituencies, rather than supporting a nationwide investigation, I’m not convinced we’re going to get anywhere with this.
I have written to all police forces where alleged fraud has taken place. Took me
ages. Yesterday, Channel 4 News carried a report stating that the Electoral
Commission has now asked the police to apply to the courts for an extension of the
existing time to allow an investigation.
Apparently, people from the Commission and The CPS are meeting with some police
forces next week.
Glad I got my letters in! Come on you lot – write to the police pushing an investigation ! Police could be more sensitive to public opinion/pressure at the moment
following the Hillsborough verdict.
I have had several replies from the police already. A few forces have fobbed me off – one allocating it to the Commission. A few have quoted someone in the force who
is dealing with it and others say they will reply in full soon.
Think about it – the Tories losing their majority. Sweet.
