Well he is an american, we can deport them, if he had been from the eussr we couldn’t, or if he was a muslim terrorist we would have the ECHR on our backs over it. The conlablibdum party will use any means it can to construct statistics to use in its propaganda campaigns.
Not really the point, though.
And yet as Barry says, if he were a Muslim terrorist who had killed US citizens we couldn’t deport him because he might face the death penalty. Criminals like the person who murdered a headmaster can’t be deported as it would “breach their human rights” whilst good people who obey the laws and have a decent job can.
