Whokip? Farage’s group in the European Parliament has been dissolved.

UKIP’s group in the European Parliament – the Europe of Freedom and Direct Democracy group (EFDD) – has been dissolved today. Latvian MEP Iveta Grigule left the group today, which means the EFDD no longer have members from at least 7 countries. That’s the minimum number of countries a group in the EU Parliament must be comprised of, so the EFDD have been declared dissolved today.
That means Nigel Farage (as one of the group’s co-chairs) will lose his privileges as head of a group in the EU Parliament.
What a shame eh?

UKIP’s policies are not sound just like the conservatives but the public like them so there is very little that one can do at this time
Selfishness, greed, and looking out for yourself only are never a good trait to have but with regret that’s the uk today and that’s never going to change as it’s like cancer it’s in the blood and that’s the uk
You are what you are at the end of the day and that is how the world will judge you irrespective of your colour and in the case of the uk like many other selfish countries that’s not good and all ukip end up doing is making things worse than they already are much like the Dutch political party Party for Freedom
labours policies are also well short of the mark so there’s very little to make any significance for a change for the better just as they have never brought much to society in the past 60 years
The UK is on the slide and that slide has been continuing on the down wood spiral for years we cant even get the basis right like affordable housing and if you can’t the very basis right in life you will have to stay at the bottom of the pile like so many other countries today
Nick, we differ in both our outlook on life (I’m more optimistic, I think) and in our appraisal of Labour’s achievements in those few of the last 60 years when that party has been in office.
One wonders how much she was paid to resign and so scupper the existence of this group.The fact that her resignation came only a few days after UKIP did so well in two British by-elections does not look like a coincidence to me though I dare say lots of smug,middle class Socialists will applaud this as they want mass immigration to continue so that they can continue to get cheap labour to unblock their sinks and look after young Tamsin while they go off to the Labour Party Conference!

Whereas, UKIP MP’s want British poor people to do that for them, without paying them any money for it at all.

This has interesting implications, should the Tories have to attempt a coalition with UKIP if the next Election produces another Hung Parliament. If UKIP alliances are so unstable and so quick to collapse, how long could a fresh coalition hope to last?
