Concentration camps for the workless

Last Updated: March 10, 2014By

Shocked? It seems Labour took part in mandatory work schemes, in which the unemployed were treated like criminals, back in the 1920s and 30s – following a Tory lead. Is history repeating itself?

Reblogged on amnesiaclinic. Between 1929 and 1939 25 concentration camps were built at secret locations and over 200,000 unemployed men were sent for 3 months at a time under military discipline to ‘harden’.

    Well, well, well….

the UK is one big camp now Mike, it may not be that apparent to most yet, but the concept is being refined as we speak, Workfare is being refined into a ‘work for food’ system in conjunction with foodbanks, modern day slavery if you like, ‘chits’ that grant food rations will have to be earned and anyone falling foul of this system will perish in a Darwinian fashion, which is tantamount to economic eugenics via what is essentially death by denial policies, analogous to withdrawing life support to a patient to reduce the burden on the public purse
As you know, the whole benefit system is being done away with, sanctions are becoming the norm , the new punishment for none compliance with workfare is total abandonment by the state to total destitution and death as we have already seen in the MSM.
I have been following yours and many other blogs over the last few years and almost every writer is converging on what seems to be the same conclusion.
I find your observations to be informative and insightful please keep up the great work Mike
