Mike I am sorry to tell you this, but I still cannot open your book in any format. Adobe keeps saying something about decoding, Microsoft word keeps saying it is damaged and wordwrap has nothing but lots of weird symbols.
I did however read an excerpt on amazon which has left me wanting to read the whole book. Is there anything you could suggest, if not then there is a paperback copy on amazon for £9.99, does any of that go to you, I hope so
From Amazon I get about 25p; I’d prefer it if you got it from http://www.lulu.com
If you can’t open it at all, go back to the seller and tell them you think it’s corrupted.
Sorry i’m off topic

Mike I Do Not want any refund The £4.99 is now just purely a donation I am happy to make!
Thanks. I’d like to see this sorted out, though – don’t want others to have similar problems.
I will try thank you Mike, I want you to get as much as possible!

Excellent.
No company should be able to get money out of deliberately hurting disabled people.
