The economic mess labour left us in 2010 was huge. One cannot expect to repair this damage overnight. Things are gradually improving. So be patient and all will come right eventually.

If you still think Labour caused the economic problems that occurred during the last Parliament, you have a lot of research to do!
You are right that one cannot expect to repair the damage overnight; unfortunately we have a government that dedicated itself to making the problems worse.
Things are not improving for the vast majority of the British people. If you can’t see that, you really are in trouble.
All will come right eventually, when the current government, everybody involved in it and everyone who follows them are consigned to the list of history’s failures.

A bit stong Mike. Not all followers are failures.
Assuming that the Labour Party gains power in 2015 are you believing that all will be utopia over night for the BRITISH people. No government had ever achieved this, and never will.

That’s not what I was saying or implying. I was confining my comment to the disastrous effect, on the British people, of a Conservative government.

Blaming Labour for everything has got old and very boring, clearly you prefer to read and listen to propaganda! The coalition have had 4 years to sort things out, instead they have made living a hell on earth!!

If I had a penny for every time a LibDemCon MP or one of their supporters said “It’s all Labours’ fault” I’d be a millionaire. They (LibDemCon) are decimating every public service for their own ends and hoping people won’t notice.

Excellent article, well researched and well balanced.

Austerity is an excuse for the biggest transfer of wealth to the 1% as this article points out since the crash of 2008. And now they have bail-ins when they can just help themselves to your money straight from your bank account.

Final destination – neo-feudalism with the 1% serviced by the 99% in perpetual slavery.

And we fight among ourselves about which party caused the most damage – they are the same with the same agenda.

    But we can change it!
