More than 2,300 died after fit for work assessment – DWP figures – BBC News

Last Updated: August 27, 2015By

Prepare to be stunned by the magnificent way with words displayed by This Writer in the BBC’s article:

Mike Sivier, a campaigner who made one of the FOI requests, said: “I am glad that the figures have come out. “The whole point of making an FOI request was to raise questions. It is important to keep asking questions.”

How erudite! Now you can see why I prefer writing.

Labour leadership candidate and shadow health secretary Andy Burnham said they were “shocking figures” and called for an “urgent national debate” about the statistics.

A debate not only about the figures, but also about the blatant lies told by Duncan-Smith as he attempted to wriggle and squirm.

Even so, it’s perfectly true. There’s nothing RTU would like more than for people to stop asking him questions.

    Only 2,300 died after assessment – that’s a lot better than 10,400 in 2013

81,140 deaths between December 2011 and February 2014. Are you sure that’s a lot better than 10,600 in 2011? (I corrected your mistakes.)
All of them had been assessed. Your 2,300 were pronounced fit for work and the way this has been reported in the mainstream media appears to have confused you.

BBC are tory poodles, despite all of their shouting and bawling about the Beeb being too left wing, utter nonsense, have always been right wing, most British broadcasters are bias and right wing minded, none of them will have the balls to publish the true figures, the likes of RT would, they covered and did reports on the Wall Street protests, none of the Western ones did, so much for democracy! Bravo to you always Mike and shame on the BBC for not publishing the real figures, doesn’t say much for the Beeb and the UK herself does it!
