Sign the petition to have John Mann disciplined by the Labour Party for bringing it into disrepute

The accused: John Mann.

The accused: John Mann.

We all know the story. Ken Livingstone made some historically accurate points in support of a Labour MP who had been accused of anti-Semitism, in what may be considered a clumsy way…

So John Mann and a camera crew ambushed Mr Livingstone on a BBC staircase and turned the matter into a media circus.

The timing was such that Mr Mann could have caused all kinds of damage to Labour’s local election campaign. As it was, the party managed very well, but we will never know how much it could have achieved without the intervention.

It has since been suggested that Mr Mann’s intervention was intended to push Mr Livingstone off Labour’s NEC – if so, then this tactic has been successful.

This man needs to be shown that such underhanded behaviour will not be tolerated.

John Mann MP, appallingly unprofessional and toxic behaviour to a fellow respected MP. Regardless of the argument – the harassment was totally opportunistic and beyond reprehensible.  You are not at liberty, Mr Mann, to single-handedly bring the Labour Party into disrepute.

John Mann’s behaviour constituted harrassment and bullying, it was a disgrace. Imagine if any member of the public used similar tactics to reprove other MP’s behaviour. Time to go Mr. Mann, we dont want Tory behaviour in the Labour Party.

Mann showed the kind of courage in confronting Livingstone that is sadly lacking in so many members of the PLP. I’d put him up for some kind of medal. We need a few more in his image.

Had what he did happened in a normal workplace he would have been suspended pending an investigation

This event with Manns bullying was disgraceful and it shows what a peaceful man Ken is that he didn,t relaliate with a right hook to Manns chin.I believe he was showing off for the press, who, he was well aware, were taping every word, yes Manns in the wrong party.
