Tory MP says torture ‘works’ – because he doesn’t know the difference between right and wrong

His name is Bob Stewart, he’s a former Army officer and clearly they don’t teach morality at Sandhurst.

Or intelligence: Torture can provide false information, for obvious reasons.

Here’s a halfway decent response to his nonsense spouting:

Dear God, if there is a God, save us from people like Bob Stewart!

If he’s down to that level of “morality” – so does assassination.
At the rate his party is going, they “May” find that out before too long.

I suffered sleep deprivation when I was 8 years old in “care” Because I was talking in bed i had to stand outside the bedroom door all night. You could say I was tortured for no reason, It Is Wrong no matter who you are or what offense you Might have committed.

    This MP Is Offensive!!

As a good friend of mine told me about his experiences as intelligence officer in the second world war…”Torture is a waste if time. It is much better to become friends, and always behave like a gentleman”

Of course a Tory MP would believe”torture works”, he has watched his government torture the sick and disabled to the point of death and beyond! The proof is right in front of his eyes!

Only someone devoid of humanity and oblivious to the evidence that torture does not work could think that stooping to such levels of depravity(like Abu Graibe?)could make such a glib and irresponsible remark.

Torture has suddenly become acceptable in this the 21st century when our best intelligence came from the second world war, where German officers were placed in comfortable surroundings whilst and British intelligence listened in on conversations between those German officers.

That’s what I call using your intelligence.
