Artist uses the snow to highlight homelessness

The meaning should be clear.

In fact, at a time when police have been moving people out of warm public spaces into the sub-zero cold, it should not be clearer.

We have already seen many deaths of homeless people in the winter of 2017-18; all were preventable.

Sadly, it is Tory hearts that are made of ice; that’s why they don’t care if others freeze.

‘Conservative’ as in the political ideology is simply a euphemism for ‘self-centered’!
We should just call them the ‘self-centered’ party then everyone would know what they were up against and everything would make much more sense! It would help to explain their thinking and behavioral patterns!
