TINGe group to register as formal political party. Does this mean we can find out who funds it?

The INdependent Group of elitist MPs – colloquially known by its critics as TINGe after a racist comment by member Angela Smith – is to register as a political party on the advice of the Electoral Commission and will be known as Change UK.
Small Change UK? Or Short-Change UK? One has to ask.
What I want to know is, does this mean we will finally be able to see who is actually funding this shadowy organisation that has, until now, hidden its finances by registering itself only as a private company?
That information would be worth knowing.
TINGe – sorry, CHINGe – claims it is registering as a party in order to take part in the upcoming European Parliament elections – so it seems clear that MPs like Anna Soubry, Heidi Allen, Chuka Umunna and Luciana Berger are nailing their flags to the mast and saying Theresa May’s third attempt to get her withdrawal agreement through the House of Commons today will end in defeat.
If it doesn’t, and the UK leaves the EU without having to participate in the elections, will they go through with registering as a party, or will they go back to hiding behind their shroud of commercial secrecy?
Participation in the EU elections would also provide us with a way to gauge whether the independent MPs and their organisation have gained any real traction among the electorate.

I too am interested to see who their financial backers are. My understanding is that if you register as a political party then donations to it over a certain amount (I think £5,000) must be openly declared. Tinge haven’t been around long enough to rely on many but small donations, so I suspect they only have a few donations of considerable sums instead.
On a different note, Tinge has been afflicted with ‘Foot in Mouth’ disease yet again! Tinge are already in trouble with their proposed new name, Change UK, due to yet another verbal gaff by one of Tinge’s members, as follows:
‘Soubry, one of the founder members of the group, accidentally called her new party Change.org in a speech in the Commons on Friday. She said the party would “change the face and direction of British politics – that’s why we call ourselves Change.org”.
Change.org are consulting lawyers to prevent Tinge from using Change UK as their party’s new name because the two are so easily confused. Given that one of Tinge’s very own founding MP’s did so in Parliament then I don’t blame Change.org one little bit for being so concerned.
Change.org are a petitioning website with no political affiliation whatsoever to any party. I’ve signed many of their online petitions in the past, and if I thought they were going to align with Tinge (name confusion can work both ways) I would no longer bother; I’d de-subscribe instead!

Not too fussed about what this bunch of jokers do in terms of calling themselves names(all to the good, it saves us from being more inventive)but I do think that if they are trying to stand in MEP elections(which if they were by some stretch to succeed in)would mean that at least, they could no longer pretend to be representative of the Labour Party since they cannot hold both the office of MP and MEP at the same time – can they?
I may have that wrong, correct me, if so.
My impression is that they are recruiting and want to put up different people as candidates in the EP election. I may be mistaken!
