Woman jumped to death in a quarry after uncaring DWP wrongly stopped her pension
This is utterly despicable:
An elderly woman whose pension was stopped committed suicide by throwing herself into a quarry when she ran out of money.
Joy Worrall had just £5 left to her name when she stepped off the side of the Rhes y Cae quarry near to her home.
The 81-year-old had been left reliant on her savings when the Department for Work and Pensions stopped paying her pension.
In 2017, her pension situation was “re-assessed”, but instead of only freezing the pension credits Mrs Worrall received, the DWP froze her ordinary state pension. She was left with no income whatsoever.
I agree with Another Angry Voice‘s verdict on this:
The Tory DWP hound another vulnerable person to death, but nobody at the DWP will suffer any adverse consequences for it, and Tory voters who endorse this DWP barbarity will carry on telling themselves that it's nothing to do with them.https://t.co/wfndtSAT0T

Imagine if you killed someone through negligence and thought you could get away with it by pledging to learn the lessons in court!
One rule for the Tories and the minions who carry out their dirty work, and another rule for the rest of us.

This is what the DWP had to say:
A spokesperson for the Department for Work and Pensions said: “Our thoughts are with the family and friends of Mrs Worrall.
“We apologise unreservedly to Mrs Worrall’s family for the error that led to her pension payments being stopped and pledge to learn the lessons.”
I have something to say about that (and I apologise in advance for the profanity):
Bullshit.

Another outcome from the aktion t4 culling the stock through benefits denial
Our pensions are not a benefit we worked all our life to have it we paid for it very angry
This comes down to their law givers, the Westminster wealth club. I feel the signs that “Their good old days are back!” are everywhere, and people need to think long and hard about who and why some of us, who supposedly work for a living, do not vote these right wing robbers out of office for ever.
It is interesting to watch “The Factory” and note how millions are being spent by those who leech their living from the common people, are now rebuilding the food production plants, and pretty much everything else, to eliminate the one thing that keeps us alive, which is our work! ,
