Mike’s libel appeal: Nearly halfway there!
My fighting fund against false accusations of libel has nearly reached the halfway point.
A couple of days ago, I said if everyone reading my appeal updates contributed just a small amount, I would exceed my target in a single day.
Thanks very much to the two or three people who provided £1!
What a shame you were let down by thousands of others.
Fortunately a generous few provided a lot more and the appeal is nearly £1,000 closer to reaching its target.
But the fact remains that if everyone here had contributed a small amount, the target would be reached and Mike would be in a much better position to defend himself – and to defend British law from being perverted by people who think justice should only be available for those who can afford to pay a fortune for it.
As I write this, the total stands at £11,833, and we’re nearly halfway through the 30-day period of my CrowdJustice appeal. It would be fantastic to get to £12,500 – the halfway point of the appeal – by the time we reach that point.
