Show yourselves, thugs who verbally abused LIFEBOAT personnel on their way to work

Priti Patel: stoking dislike of the foreigner – and anybody who helps them – is a NAZI trait.

Ultimate responsibility for this lies with Priti Patel, of course.

Patel set herself up for a confrontation with the Royal National Lifeboat Institution after launching legislation saying anybody rescuing illegal immigrants from the sea could be jailed for life.

The RNLI do nothing but rescue people from the sea, and they don’t care about the immigration status of the people they pick up.

Furthermore, the service will keep rescuing people under those conditions, no matter what Patel says, because they have a Royal Charter – the Queen supports what they do.

Sadly, the publicity given to our brave lifeboat people has attracted the attention of the kind of people who support Patel. You know the type – thugs and headbangers who take any opportunity to attack others.

So we’re starting to see incidents like this:

Take note: these personnel were verbally attacked “due to their role” – because they rescue people from drowning in UK waters.

The incident happened in central London – Tower RNLI operates from Lifeboat Pier just under Waterloo Bridge and serves the Thames in central London 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Suppose one of the dimwits who thought it was clever to abuse these volunteers perhaps got drunk and fell into the river. How would they feel, as they went down for the third time, if there was no lifeboat service there because the people running it had been put off by their own violence?

Pretty stupid, I expect – which is what they are, of course.

But ultimately the blame lies with Patel and all the goose-stepping morons like her who get a perverse kick out of feeding hate for no reason.

She isn’t only attacking a Great British institution – she is attacking the humanitarianism and fairness that is in the fabric of Britishness itself.

Little fascist dictator duck johnson who is in charge of his puppet Priti Patel must be very proud that male trash have already assaulted volunteer RNLI boat operators! Still never mind the met police will ignore this crime because they too are puppets of fascist duck johnson and his fascist cabal!

RNLI will now have to ensure they are not wearing any identification showing they are RNLI volunteers because ensuring their safety is their concern not the police or fascist tories! Individual responsibility boys – not police!

Tricky. I’m wearing an RNLI fleece as I type this and I’m not a member.

And how do you know only men carried out the abuse?

Does the law Patel and the Tories brought really state anyone rescuing someone in danger of drowning could get life? If so then all opposition in Parliament must campaign publicly against this law. So, if the RNLI see a child drowning and believe it to be an illegal immigrant they must let that child die? Is this correct? If so we are every bit as bad as the Nazis were. I can not believe even the Tories would be so evil.

Yes, clause 37 of the new law states: “A person commits an offence if—
“(a) he knowingly facilitates the arrival or attempted arrival in, or the entry or attempted entry into, the United Kingdom of an individual, and
“(b) he knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the individual is an asylum-seeker.”

So if a member of the RNLI sees a child who may be an illegal immigrant, in danger of drowning, then the law will demand that the rescuer must let the child die.

The big question is whether the RNLI will allow itself to be bound by such a law. It has a Royal Charter giving it the Queen’s approval to rescue anybody in danger in UK waters. Also, Patel says the law is aimed at people trafficking criminals – but because it doesn’t say that, we cannot believe it.

Patel, brutal and mean-spirited as she is, is merely the mouthpiece for Johnson’s racist policies. He gets to look cute and tousled, but his tactics are from Trump and Goebbels.

I don’t agree with that. She’s more than a mouthpiece. I think she is contributing wholeheartedly to his programme. He wants these policies; he approves of these policies – but don’t let her off the hook. She must take just as much responsibility as him.
