Tories set to outlaw the kind of anti-war protests we praised so much in Russia
While you’re busy having your attention directed to Russia and Ukraine by your Tory-supporting right-wing media…
… and I’ll make this quick because it’s really easy to understand…
Remember those anti-war protests in Russia that we all praised last week?

Well, while you were being distracted by the war against which these brave people were protesting, your own government has been busy outlawing the kind of protest they were carrying out.
This is important because we are being told that Russia is a repressive, authoritarian dictatorship. And it is true that protesters can expect to face lengthy prison sentences if they are arrested.
But just compare the jail terms they’ll get with what you’ll face if you protest against your own government after the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill is passed into law:
Peaceful protestors in Russia can typically expect prison sentences of three-four years. Tonight this government will pass a bill that will could see peaceful protestors in Britain spend ten years behind bars.

Whilst Russians maintain their fundamental right to protest here in little england the fascist tory dictatorship are criminalising any protest action! So peasants view the Russian protests with envy because here we are criminalised by the fascist tory dictatorship!
Fuirthermore anyone arrested by the fascist tory police boy puppets will be given a long prison sentence!
Still believe little england is a democracy??? In your dreams!
not just ten years…it can be forever if they unilaterally decide you’re crazy and section you, for protesting….they did it to me, (fortunately just a year), I know of others who has effectively life term imposed…no trial required! Physical torture and abuse far worse in those places and the ‘standard’ prison.
