Milk, cheese and egg costs push food inflation to highest point in 14 years
Is this a good time to turn vegan?
The cost of milk, cheese and eggs is soaring – which strikes This Writer as odd. Doesn’t the UK produce plenty of these foodstuffs? Aren’t we now a major exporter of cheese, thanks to Liz Truss?
Yet there seems to be a shortage and it’s being blamed on the war in Ukraine. One has to query how that will play if the current situation there continues and Russia is pushed out of that country altogether.
Meanwhile, we’re being told that headline inflation has fallen because petrol and diesel prices have fallen.
But the UK’s situation remains precarious because all these elements are dependent on situations in foreign countries that cannot be controlled here.
It casts a long shadow over the globalism that Conservatives have pushed on us since the 1980s.

The September rate has just decreased by 0.2% the month that benefits and pension increases are worked out but come October the inflation rate will increase by 0.2% plus whatever the October rise is. If inflation drops by 0.2% they will claim that it has staid the same as Septembers figures. This is a con all political party’s use when working out increases in pensions and benefits but MP’s will award themselves more than the September figures.
You ask “Is this a good time to turn vegan?” but I don’t think you realise just how hard you have hit the nail on the head. The WEF is funded by US NED and NGO corporate subsidies along with billionaire corporations and it’s representative Klaus Schwab is the leader. The organisation’s purpose, as you are no doubt aware, is to have us all on a diet of insect and pretend meat in a supposed drive to feed the world. The stated purpose of course, is a ruse whereby the multi billion corporations control all food production and the proles are held to ransom by withholding food from those who oppose the intent. Needless to say, it will be a continuation of the New World Order of dominion via the few over the many thanks as always to the all pervasive Imperialist and Colonialist policies of the western elites. There is enough food to feed the world and global warming has absolutely nothing to do with cows and farm animals crapping and farting, it’s about control and making the resources available and enriching the 10%.
milk cheese and egg are bad foods anyway! I know many people believe they need dairy but they are being lied to! I hope people get they help they need but we need a complete system change to do this!
