Public reaction to Starmer’s ‘Conservative’ confession isn’t good!
Keir Starmer’s claim to actually be “more Tory than the Tories” has won a reaction that he probably wasn’t expecting.
He probably thought his announcement that he is killing democracy would get thunderous applause. Maybe he has watched Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith too many times because that’s the only place I’ve actually seen such an announcement get such a response.
Instead he got – well, see for yourself:
The Starmer stans are in meltdown.
They can’t handle that @Keir_Starmer has duped them and are frantically doing what they can to spin and twist.
Bless. “They’re all Tories now!” pic.twitter.com/8xw2EFIanU

Vote Tory get Tory Vote Labour get real Tory. UK Democracy is about the Status Quo if you won’t change and a better future relying on the same political ideology from these parties will result in same failure we have now. https://t.co/bZnpOKNQwz

Sir Keir Starmer confirms that @UKLabour is the new Conservative Party.
Unless they're suffering from Stockholm Syndrome, this must be a cue for any remaining socialists to resign and for trade unions to disaffiliate from this husk of a party. https://t.co/FEXrTiOL6N

The more this goes on, the more I believe Starmer has been parachuted into Labour – in the same way Macron was parachuted into the Parti Socialiste by the banks and trans-national corporations – to destroy democratic socialism. https://t.co/N14fZfJBmm

Am not going to leave the Labour party but I’ve asked my Union Unite to disaffiliate.
We must let Starmer and his racist, fake labour party metaphorically ‘die on the vine’ and form another labour party that will actually support, and work for the people.
