David Frost, mainstream politicians and the media are lying to you about climate change
In fact, all the politicians who want to shelve their green policies to get a boost from selfish-idiot voters are lying to you. Frost is just the most visible.
Here’s what he’s saying:
David Frost, "Rising temperatures (from climate change) are likely to be beneficial.. We can adjust to the perfectly manageable consequences of slowly rising temperatures."
Frost also says the cost to mitigate climate change is 1-2% of GDP. Brexit now costs the UK 5.5% of GDP.… pic.twitter.com/Pllk3S0WtX

Here’s what we’re not being told:
The hottest day, week & month in 120,000 yrs. Four continents under heat warnings. Greece on fire. Canada on fire for mnths. Beijing residents hiding indoors. Millions starving from drought in East Africa.
The media don’t report this. Instead they demonise climate protestors.

Here’s why Frost is lying and the media are hiding the facts:
Let's talk about climate change and how it may effect the UK.
Let's start with some basic geography.
London is pretty far north. In fact, it's on the same latitude as Kyiv, Warsaw, & Winnipeg.
Edinburgh shares its latitude with Moscow.

A river that brings lovely warm Caribbean water directly to the UK. Like central heating.
The reason it exists is complicated but there's one important thing to know. As the arctic Ice cap melts, it's likely to be disrupted and fail.

The UK does not, and putting that infrastructure in place across the whole country will be unbelievably expensive.
But that is the least of our worries from climate change.
As temperatures rise, many countries will be unable to support their populations.

Because as the climate changes we'll see more and more crop failures. Food will become scarce & very expensive to import. Assuming you can find a country who will sell you their food.
And the UK is VERY far from being self sufficient in food production & it's getting worse.

Quick addendum to this thread.
Countries are already looking to protect their food security.
Expect to see headlines like this more and more often over the next few years.
After that you'll see headlines when a country is *willing* to export food.https://t.co/QU0hFfCw7K

Here’s the answer for now:
There’s no time to wait for revolution. Ive thought of not voting, or spoiling. But I’ve decided my vote will go to whichever party is making global warming their no 1 issue – i hope you’ll make it yours because it’s now mine. https://t.co/yfHFsyxKDj

David Frost and all his fellow cronies won’t suffer from the effects of climate pollution because their wealth will ensure they have lavish food available and air conditioning/heating. No it will as usual be us plebs who suffer and already the Gulf Stream is in danger of disappearing because of fossil fuel corporations and all the other huge corporate companies obsessed with profits to detriment of eco system.
So vote for party which puts climate pollution as a priority rather than big business interests!
The term ‘climate change’ is not very effective. What does it mean?
Much better to use the clear and unambiguous term ‘global warming’.
