Keir Starmer’s big Glasgow kiss-off
Starmer Party leader Keir took a trip to Glasgow the other day. Nobody remembers the reason because it turned out to be an opportunity for people to rip into him for his (tacit?) support of genocide in Gaza.
This gentleman on the train was polite about it – but look at the reception he received.
Good man. This chap makes his point in a calm, measured & polite way.
It’s precisely this attitude, and access to politicians, which underpins democracy and which is so precious – however much the commentariat want to call this person a bully, abusive etc.pic.twitter.com/zvuiJvsPul

Think about how this would have played out if it had been Jeremy Corbyn in the carriage. The gentleman concerned would have been invited to sit down and a reasonable conversation would have ensued. He would not have been ushered out like a bad smell.
But then, if Mr Corbyn had been the leader under scrutiny, the conversation would not have been necessary because Mr Corbyn has been calling for an end to the Gaza genocide since it started.
Note also the behaviour of the – bodyguard? security guard? – who ushered the man back out.
Keir Starmer wants to lead the people of the UK – and he can’t even look one of them in the eye.
Then, at the railway station, this happened:
Jeremy would never be in this position, of course, because he wouldn’t support the barbaric killing of innocent children, women and men.
But he wouldn’t have scurried off like this, either; he would have stopped to speak to people and engage. @Keir_Starmer is a coward and… https://t.co/kaMCH9VaHD

That’s right. He walked into – and past – a full-on protest against him. It was one to which the police had been called (by his security guards?), at which excessive force was used:
“Starmer, Starmer what do you say, how many kids have you killed today?” pic.twitter.com/z4AOe7NvNT

No wonder the crowd was chanting that slogan. He didn’t cut a very reassuring figure, running away like that.
And on the street, Starmer was left under no illusion that he had made a journey to the Dark Side:
I see Keir's trip to Glasgow is going well. Echoes of 2014… pic.twitter.com/TW1ABc3969

“Our Imperial masters have arrived!” the cameraman (I expect) was saying as Darth Starmer and his starmtroopers marched forward.
The whole fiasco has been reviewed by Cornish Damo, here:
Keir Starmer had every bit the welcome he deserved in Scotland, because few people living on this island are as blunt as the Scottish – they were incensed at Starmer's bawbag of a ceasefire position and they let him know, from the time he was on a train and got confronted by a… pic.twitter.com/CTKrOUdCrQ

Starmer could not have done more harm to himself if he had tried.

Starmer is a traitor to everything that is honest, decent and truthful! He must be sacked and booted out of the Labour party along either his whole bought and paid for, self serving front bench….They have betrayed us all!
smacks of being staged?
Yes it was staged – but it is Starmer who is pretending to be a politician when in reality he is a craven arrogant coward! As Damo said in his video piece this vile male Starmer hasn’t even been elected to government and he is demonstrating his contempt for us the voting public! Starmer is too afraid to confront us voters which is why he has his boy thugs surround him and protect him from us voters!
Says everything about that arrogant coward Starmer – he can’t answer any questions from us voters and yet he expects us to vote for him!
