British Palestinian activist to challenge Israel apologist Wes Streeting for Ilford North
The candidate: Leanne Mohamad, a Palestinian activist, is hoping to unseat Labour Friend of Israel Wes Streeting at the next general election.
This is an electoral battle we can all enjoy!
Labour Friends of Israel member Wes Streeting is being challenged for his Ilford North Parliamentary seat by a Palestinian activist named Leanne Mohamad.

It means that, at the next general election, voters in that constituency will have to decide not only whether they support the policies of the candidates but whether they can support candidates who themselves support Israel’s genocide in Gaza, or a candidate who wants the killing to end.
Wes Streeting’s majority in Ilford North is 5,218. That was before he started spouting pro-Israel claptrap while the Israeli government and military were committing genocide.
Who knows what he’ll get this year?
One thing is for sure: the British people are well up for it.
