It seems Israeli troops are now kidnapping Gazans from their homes, taking them to Israel and torturing them.

If this seems similar to the hostage-taking that Israel is asking us to condemn, that is because it is.

In fairness, Israel then returned the gentleman in the clip below – no doubt so he can face death from a missile or a tank shell, possibly fired by a bloodthirsty Israeli TV reporter or politician instead.

The kidnapping of civilians is a war crime, of course; it’s hostage-taking. Israel cannot claim any moral high ground while it is committing such offences.
