Are these Tory hypocrites delaying election so they can keep their limousines longer?

Remember when they said

So they campaigned for election on a ticket that included stopping politicians from parading around the country in taxpayer-funded limousines, and now they want to delay the next election so they can continue parading around the country in taxpayer-funded limousines for as long as possible.
Tory hypocrites.

Sunak’s doing the decent thing, (credit where credit’s due) aAll the ‘red wall’ MPs are going to lose their jobs. They never expected to be MPS and they don’t have a job top go back to. Thery won’t get a pension, they have to win a second term to get a pension. Sunak’s keeping them in work as long as possible.
There’s no hope of another Tory win unless, as happened in the 80s, we are suddenly drawn into war and have a jingoistic press print pics of Sunak driving a tank or some such nonsense. Failing that they’ll be checking the weather for the wettest, coldest Thursday this coming winter to have the election hoping that the poor, the working poor and the disabled will feel unable to get out and vote. This and people not realising they need to take ID with them should significantly decrease the vote for left wing parties..
