A fact checker has found Rishi Sunak was false on tax cuts when he told Parliament he had cut taxes by £900 for everyone in work.
Full Fact, which This Writer believes was actually founded by Tories (who must be cringing with embarrassment right now) said there were several reasons he was wrong – and published a thread on X about it:

It seems Sunak is competing with Labour leader Keir Starmer in a contest to see which of them can lie the most blatantly in the run-up to the local elections.
This Writer has already said nobody should be voting Labour, so in the spirit of the quotation on the video clip above, how about going into the voting booth with the intention that “This week we’re cutting Tories“?
