After the backlash over his refusal to accept that Israel is committing a genocide – which included evidence that he has previously treated what may be defined as lesser atrocities as genocides, implying hypocrisy – is Keir Starmer now trying to re-define genocide?
It won’t do him any good. As Damo states in the video clip below, not only has he already accepted that events with fewer deaths were genocides, but the international community will not accept any unilateral re-definition by a new UK government.
Damo is also right that this is not just genocide denial but genocide revisionism.

The most likely outcome is that Starmer will end up being convicted of aiding and abetting a genocide in the Hague (in absentia) and will find himself confined to the UK, for fear of being arrested if he goes abroad.
Perhaps that’s why he’s spending so much time outside the UK now.
Here’s Damo’s clip about Starmer’s wilful ignorance:
He supported Israel blindly and thereby dug himself a hole in which he is now standing.
Incredibly, Starmer has decided his next choice is to keep digging. Should the rest of us just fill it in over him?
