Homeless man found dead outside shop so Conservative policies have chalked up another victory
A commenter on the source article said the police and council were supposed to patrol the High Street, and might have been able to help the man stay alive.
But, really, this is another death for which we can blame the Conservative Government.
There is plenty of available accommodation around; and plenty of money to put into the rehousing of the homeless – but the Tories have rationed the lot.
The only people allowed to benefit from the UK’s vast wealth are rich people, it seems.
At this time of year, one has to question the reasoning behind that.
A rough sleeper was found dead outside a shop doorway today.
The man, in his late 40s, is understood to have been discovered by security guards near the Poundland shop and Central Theatre [in Chatham High Street] at 11.40am as shoppers flooded the area for last-minute Christmas gifts.
His name has not been released although the non-profit group One Big Family says he attended its Christmas party for the homeless last Sunday.

So sorry to hear this, but not unexpected under the present plans for us by our masters. RIP to this soul.
I despair how long it is taking the vast majority of people to understand that we are all the targets for early deaths, and the transfer of our money to the wealthy, or our underpaid labour, even if we are not in the targeted group of the moment. I am sure most people will have little sympathy by believing that someone who is homeless, will have brought in onto themselves by being feckless, rather than realizing it could happen to any one of us.
My father died in his 80’s in 2000, having been forced to join the army in WW2. I noticed that things started to change for society around that time and I said it was because the govt. had waited until the majority of the war generation had died. The ‘nazi’ plan seemed to start in the UK. Perhaps it started years earlier and I had failed to notice what was happening.
Targeted groups: the disabled, ill, unemployed, employed, WASPI women, renters, home owners, homeless, pensioners. In other words, all of us except the controllers and very wealthy.
With love to all.
Some one should make a book of all these things and hand it out at the next elections
Cameron is a despicable excuse for a human being.
