Template letter demanding Margaret Hodge’s suspension from the Labour Party
Our good colleague Martin Odoni at The Critique Archives has drafted up a template letter for those of us who are outraged by Labour MP Margaret Hodge’s latest attack on her own party. She compared it with Nazi Germany.
I have already written a piece pointing out that this dame has already enjoyed a privilege not afforded to rank-and-file party members like myself and Mr Odoni – being let off scot free when disciplinary procedures were necessary.
And in her case – unlike ours – the evidence is damning.
But she has chosen to push her luck with an insulting comparison to the Nazi regime.
Of course, it is an anti-Semitic stereotype to compare the actions of Jewish people to the Nazis, and one wonders whether she used the same comparison cynically.
If so, all she has done is demonstrate that false and deeply insulting comparisons to Nazism are not the exclusive province of gentiles; Zionist pro-Israeli-government supporters of the eradication of Palestine clearly make them too.
This is intolerable. She should be kicked out on her ear.
Mr Odoni provides a template for doing so. It is on The Critique Archives and the link to that article follows the quoted extract directly below:
The following text is a letter of complaint I have sent to the Labour Party this evening, demanding Dame Margaret Hodge’s membership be re-suspended. If you share my disgust at what Hodge has said on Sky News today – see the link below – you may consider this page to be a template. Therefore, feel free to copy and paste the below text into e-mails of complaint against Hodge that you wish to send to the party, if you are having any trouble finding the right words. The address to send such e-mails to is [email protected].

I want to use this letter to complain about hodge but the email link will not accept my hushmail.com adress or password……in effect I’m locked out from using the letter.
Nice one.
Terence Wallis.
She is PUSHING, and DARING the nec to expel her. She knows that the rest will do the same and walk. But if they walk what difference would it make? We could then have by elections and get the party ready for a GE without them.
Hodge again as deliberately over stepped the line now – she needs to lose her seat no excuses this time
it was sad to here of kofi annan death people like margaret hodge should take note of the great mans life spending it trying to care for peoples life making them better if you cant say anything good about somebody dont say anything bad people like margaret hodge who live a privilege life style should take a leaf out of kofies life i cant understand people who pretend to be somthing there not a millionaire who should be using that knowledge to better her constituency life instead of thinking of me me me resign and be truthful to yourself .
An excellent missive. Well done, Martin. I thought it also worth mentioning the following:
“I also draw your attention to the large number of Jews who have written in support of the Labour Party in general and of Jeremy Corbyn in particular in this matter.”
