Tories are denying Covid-19 test-and-trace system to disadvantaged people
Test and trace: if you’re credit’s not good, you don’t get to be part of it. The Tories are using Covid-19 to attack the poor again.
Typical Tories: if your credit isn’t good, you don’t get to take part in their new online test-and-trace system.
It doesn’t work anyway, so the penalty isn’t as bad as it may at first appear.
But it still represents an attempt to harm the poor – many of whom, amazingly, would still vote for their persecutors.
Disadvantaged groups may be excluded from the government’s online coronavirus test and trace system because it requires a credit reference database check to decide whether to deliver a home test, HSJ can reveal.

what the hell has a good credit score got to do with this might i ask? is it going to cost money poorer people cant afford? i dont want this nasty govt knowing how much money ive got (as in over the amount they set to be eligible for this.)
Bit of a topic hijack, but can someone ask, how is our nuclear deterrent working? I can’t imagine 2m distancing in a submarine….
Unless of course the boat has been out at sea since before February.
A Cv-19 outbreak on any submarine would be 100% contagious within a few days I’d imagine.
in other words there going to leave a potential at risk group passing this about if one has it or comes into contact with a carrier, makes sense that does,, what would make even more sense is if some of these clowns faced a court to explain there negligence under oath with a risk of prison to help them jog there memory
