Business donor defects from Tories to Labour. Is this really good?
It’s trouble for the Tories – but what does it say about Keir Starmer’s Labour?
Gareth Quarry says Keir Starmer has said he wants a government for all and has extended an olive branch to business.
But doesn’t that mean Labour is now a substitute Tory party, now that the Tories have fallen apart?

Well you said it. So who am I supposed to vote for? I still want a Democratic Labour Party, but since it no longer exists why do so many who want the same stick with this “Labour Party”? Why can they not defect to a new kind of Party by forcing the Unions to accept they are supporting the establishment and using union dues to do so?
If Wedgie was still alive, I am certain he would have something to say on this and likely admonish the unions for their part in this kidnapping of the worker’s party..
