In 2016 I put my name forward to the United Nations when they asked people who felt they’d been mistreated by the Social Security to do so. In 2017 I received a payout of £12,5000, although it should have been £50,000, because the corrupt tory government had written in a clause which limited the backdating of any claims to six years, whereas I had an accident at work in 1991. I was denied benefits for years, and underwent 4 work capability assessments. My first assessment was carried out by the DWP, which found me unfit for work. However, my second WCA by Atos found me ‘fit for work’ which I contested and won. That did’nt stop them trying again, the next time with Capita, which also found me ‘fit for work’, (in my absence, where the ESA85a was written in a context as if I had been physically examined by the assessor) which I again contested, and won. My fourth WCA, the assessor came to my home, where my brother-in-law was present as a witness. I refused to look at the assessor and faced the corner of the room. I explained that my previous WCA was carried out in my absence, and that why should I even want to, or even need to look at her. I never moved from the chair I was in, neither did my brother-in-law. The assessor got up, said she felt threatened and literally run out of the house to her car and drove off. The next I heard from the Social Security, was for me to attend an interview at my local jobcentre where I was told in a letter that under ‘no circumstances’ was a medical insurance to be discussed. I could never have obtained a medical insurance after my accident, which totally excluded me from employmen. At the interview, I was asked if I had ever considered ‘self-employment. (I had been self-employed as a Carpenter and Joiner for over ten years at the time of my accident) I asked the interviewer, a young lad, if he did’nt mind me asking him how old he was. He replied ‘I’m 23’. I asked him if he knew anything about self-employment, to which he replied ‘No, I’ve just been sent to ask you a set number of questions’. So I asked him if he knew anything about public liability insurance, he replied ‘No’. So I asked to speak to his manager. After 15 minutes, a woman came in to the interview room where I explained the situation to her. She said that she would have to speak with her senior colleagues. She came back some 15 minutes later and said that she was terminating the interview, and that the Social Security would contact me to let me know what was happening. To this day, I have never heard any more from them. I now get my full entitlement unhindered after the intervention from the UN. It is of my opinion, that the Social Security knew all along that with my inability to ever obtain a medical insurance after my accident, ( I split all 5 discs in my Lumbar region due to a fall from a scaffolding) they never wanted me to be able to be in a position where I could have used my case to set a precedent. I had two nervous breakdowns all thanks to the corrupt, inhuman Social Security, which was overseen by the corrupt Iain Duncan Smith and that other wretched excuse of a human being, Justin Tomlinson, who are both nothing other than the spawn of the Devil himself.
