Here’s a good question…

… but it comes a little late.

Israel has been launching terror attacks on Iran, Lebanon and Syria for some time. It seems Western governments are happy to allow this terrorism and not condemn it.

Let’s remember that Israel assassinated Hamas bigwigs in a Beirut suburb on January 2 this year, following this by bombing Syria’s capital city of Damascus, topping it off by killing 84 people in Iran. These were terrorist attacks.

Note that the Beirut attack – targeting a residential neighbourhood full of apartment blocks, shops and cafes that was wrongly labelled a “Hezbollah stronghold”.

We have good reason to believe it was Israel that bombed the Iranian consulate in Damascus on April 1, as well.

Now this – and who knows how many other incursions by Israel into its neighbours’ territory that have gone unreported?

The Guardian says “Israeli jets and drones… regularly enter Lebanon’s airspace” and Mossad has been blamed for assassinating another apparent Hamas bigwig on April 9: “The body of Mohammad Sarur, 57, was found riddled with bullets in a villa in the Lebanese mountain town of Beit Mery.”

And now this.

The same Graun report says:

Four Israeli soldiers have been injured inside Lebanon, one seriously, after being hit by bombs planted by Hezbollah.

The incident was confirmed by the Israel Defense Forces and came after the Lebanese Shia group said it had ambushed Israeli troops.

The IDF indicated the incident took place during “operational activity” by a Golani Brigade reconnaissance unit and combat engineering unit on the Lebanese side of the border, several hundred metres from Israel’s fence.

It appeared to be the first acknowledged breach of Lebanese sovereignty by Israeli troops on the ground to become known since the Gaza war erupted in October… [but] it appears likely it is not the first time in the past six months that Israeli troops have crossed the fence.

So Israel is a repeat offender and the West says nothing. We are the bad guys here.
