Labour should repeal the Voter ID Act that disenfranchised young people and minorities while enhancing the votes of the elderly who are more likely to vote Conservative.

Labour should repeal that part of the Lobbying Act that stopped charities and other third-party organisations from campaigning on their specialist issues in the run-up to elections. We need expert advice on what needs to be done.
Labour needs to re-impose the cap on campaign expenditure that, in theory, makes it possible for richer political organisations to buy seats.
Labour should legislate to make voter registration easier.
You may think Labour should impose some of the other changes listed in the Mirror article.
