After weeks of suspense, the full horror of Rachel Reeves’s benefit cuts has been revealed – and it isn’t pretty at all.
She is taking an average of £4,500 off of sick and disabled people, many of whom have only £5,800 on which to survive every year.
The trade-off is that she says she will put them into work – but there is no work for them and (as far as we know) there are no employers who will take them.
