Election spot the difference: Which campaign do YOU think is in the lead?

Last Updated: April 22, 2017By

Could YOU spot the hidden differences between Jeremy Corbyn’s Labour event and Theresa May’s talk for the Tories?

No?

That’s because they were in plain sight: Mr Corbyn was with a crowd of well-wishers who genuinely wanted him – and Labour – to do well, while Mrs May was with a carefully-screened audience at a factory in her Maidenhead constituency, who had been forbidden from asking questions or talking to the press and who clearly could not care less about her or her party.

And we’re being told she now has the support of 50 per cent – that’s half – of voters in the UK.

If anything proved the polls were rigged, it’s that claim!

Do you really believe half of voters want a government that starves children?

Do you really believe half of voters want a government that kills the sick and disabled?

Do you really believe half of voters want a government that is privatising the National Health Service?

Do you know what privatised healthcare means? If not, read this article – it explains that rape victims in the United States have to pay $1,000 dollars in medical bills after their ordeal. That’s right – the US system slaps a financial penalty on women for being raped. Here in the UK, the Tories are already trying to stigmatise rape victims by forcing them to try to prove they have been subjected to the crime before allowing them child tax credits for a third child. You know the Tories are desperate to humiliate rape victims even further.

But the newspapers and TV pundits want you to believe the Tories are wildly popular.

And there are plenty of people who are weak-minded enough to believe them.

It’s up to us to point out the facts – even though they should be obvious to anybody.

trouble is. you cant educate pork(or so they say though pigs are very intelligent creatures from what ive seen of them). but. having one member of my family who stubbornly sticks to conservatives cos hes a businessman and our dad voted tory all his life as did all his family going back generations(all in the family business which started long before 1749 so possibly a long line of conservatives). but trying to talk to him about whats going on. he simply does not believe it. told him to watch “I Daniel Blake”, but that’ film, though very good,is just the tip of the iceberg really, and he probably wont. watch it anyway. how do you get through to these people, even when its happening to varying degrees to his extended family. ???

She clearly does Not want to win, because losing would rid her of the huge nightmare of Brexit and put the blame on Corbyn. But there is a fly in that ointment – Jeremy has a lot more friends and support in Europe to be able to come to a friendly agreement.
She will also be thinking that trying to put things right in this nation, he will fail because the repair would take too long to happen.

I really like your election slogan, it is very Apt!!!

JC put on a good performace this morn on Andrew Marrs sunday morn prog despite being constantly interrupted, as usual, with Marr trying his wind up poking tactics. I think the major difference in the following of JC is that he offers hope against the Con tyrants elite and utter ignorance of the other population that makes them rich and bails out their gambling chums in the City. Back to your picture comparisons Mother T has an audience that looks like they are being told off (ie count the smiles) whilst JC’s followers look like they have found a winner. Hopefully enough of the Blairite Cons have decided to sod off to not make a difference or at last woken up to the fact they may no longer be MPs much longer and are at last getting behind JC…for once.
