Israel is starving Gaza to death. Why are we just watching?

Starving: children queue for food at a charity kitchen in Gaza.

Israel has provisionally accepted a six-week phased hostage and ceasefire deal which would begin with the release of wounded, elderly and female hostages – if Hamas will agree to it. Sounds good, doesn’t it?

But does it include allowing humanitarian aid, including food, into Gaza? And will Israel honour it if it does?

Or is it just an attempt to shift blame for the famine now gripping the Gaza Strip onto Hamas, if that organisation refuses the deal for any reason?

Experts have come to a clear conclusion:

Politicians are also seeing the facts:

In the face of all this, Israel’s atrocities continue:

It seems clear that all Israel’s claims that it would withdraw from Gaza, after effecting regime change there by removing Hamas, were lies.

So it should be easy to understand why I doubt the word of any Israeli politicians about a ceasefire. How about you?
