Police have arrested pro-Palestinian human rights reporter and activist

Keir Starmer’s thought police have arrested pro-Palestinian human rights reporter and activist Natalie Strecker.

This is from Beastrabban\’s Weblog:

The excellent Kernow Damo has put this disturbing message up on his vlog’s community page, reporting the arrest of reporter and activist Nathalie Strecker on jumped-up terrorism charges.

Hi Folks,

The former human rights monitor for Hebron and human rights and social justice campaigner, as well as my good friend and fellow Youtuber Natalie Strecker has been arrested in Jersey this morning, following her return from campaigning for Palestinian rights in the Middle East. This is Starmer AGAIN abusing anti-terror legislation, coming down on activists and journalists, this one very much reminiscent of what happened to Richard Medhurst. Show some solidarity for this lady, get over to her channel also called Natalie Strecker, leave her a message of solidarity on her content and subscribe as well, her content really is first hand accounting and experience of what is happening out there and it seems a clampdown on anyone hearing about it is very much still underway here in the UK.’

Here’s a video Natalie put up a day ago, in which she makes it plain that what Israel is doing to Palestine is fascism and its escalation threatens the human species as a whole. She also talks about the Zionist colonisation of our communities and how we must keep on fighting against it.

This Writer has been fortunate enough to meet Ms Strecker at political events in the past, and she has always struck me as an intelligent, bright and pleasant human being with the best of intentions.

I cannot understand why the UK’s government would want to arrest her and deplore the fact that our laws are being used to implement such oppression.

I can only echo Damo’s (and the Beast’s) call for you to send messages of support.

Two of my main sources of Israel/Palestine news are BBC and SKY.
Since Labour came into power, the Politics Tab on the BBC site has disappeared as well as the Israel/Palestine Tab on SKY.
Recently there has been minimal reports from the Middle East despite the ongoing cowardly daily airstrikes and obvious genocide.
To me, it appears to be a definite “downplay” of events and hiding of Political activities/controvery.
So this arrest seems to be an extension of New Labour Government journalistic manipulation.
