Debunked: Israel’s latest attempt to say Palestinians bombed Al Ahli Hospital

The Israeli claim that a Palestinian rocket hit the Al Ahli Hospital in Gaza, killing nearly 500 people, has just been disproved by the New York Times.

At last, a member of the mainstream media is doing what they should all be doing – independently checking the validity of the propaganda coming from the Israel/Gaza conflict.

That includes – in this case – debunking claims by the United States government too.

Here’s Aric Toler of the NYT:

I await the Israel apologists’ squeals of outrage that their latest lie has been debunked.

More to the point, I await the full disclosure of US monitoring information that has been withheld so far. It’s time the rest of the world had a chance to examine what Israel’s closest ally may be hiding.

Be very careful proving Israeli lies, you may start their Standard Defence Mechanism – Faux Outrage, Tantrums followed by Cruel Sanctions.
Look at the UN right now, being threatened with removal from Israel (less witnesses) because the truth was told.

Typical of Spolied Right Wing Political Bullies – look at the DUP for example.

No, but then you can’t even remember where you get your information that favours the other side, so…!

Still, nothing changes. There’s so much information, it’s hard to write it down, or remember. Stuck with a dyslexic memory.

Truth is, although FAIR tend to give the NYT a rough time, they’re quite good for debunking blame-shifts like these. They also debunked one of Zelenskyy’s attempts to offload responsibility onto Russia for a rocket hitting a Ukrainian market town last month.
