Speaking for the organisers, Labour NEC member Jess Barnard writes: “Israel’s bombardment of Gaza has now killed over 10,000 Palestinians, including more than 4000 children. We need a ceasefire now. Wednesday at 6:30pm please join our call of speakers from across the movement (full info below) calling on Starmer to support a ceasefire.
 
We need to keep the pressure up, and build strong voices for peace and justice.
