Jeremy Corbyn had a snowball fight on his office balcony – and Twitter loved it

The cold weather didn’t have to be bad news – as Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn proved.

He was snapped throwing snowballs from his office balcony this afternoon (February 27).

It was too good an opportunity for satirists to miss; they took the opportunity to speculate on where Mr Corbyn might have been aiming.

But some also pointed out that the cold weather is due to a phenomenon known as “the beast from the east” – a sore point considering recent (groundless) allegations about Mr Corbyn:

The video of this with one of Gove, when he slipped and fell (some time ago) looked very realistic. Hope Corbyn has loads of (metaphorical) snowballs that’ll bring down the rest of the Tory MPs!

When they criticise Corbyn for being too quite and not enough grabbing charisma it has to be remembered that Clement Attlee was not liked or thought of much, he looked like a quiet headmaster, but he did so miuch

People are so taken up by outside things People are very superficial

Wasn’t there a sarcastic meme (before memes were invented) that “Russian spies/infiltrators” could be spotted because they still had snow on their boots? Giving an ironic and derisive laugh, I suppose, until you suddenly realise that Daily Mail readers probably wanted to believe it! And that they haven’t changed.
