    I have a problem in that hate speech is not legally defined, so anyone can claim a comment is hate speech, and in the pc world in which we live there will no doubt be many suffering needlessly because of the use of that particular phrase. Anti Semitic for example where if you disagree with someone of the Jewish faith you have that thrown at you, would no doubt be the speech.
