Quick note: leaving the ECHR won’t start Rwanda deportations; you’ll just lose your rights
Rishi Sunak isn’t even trying to make sense any more.

But this should be a no-brainer for everyone anyway:
Sending a few hundred people to Rwanda at huge cost is no substitute for the guarantee of our human rights that is guaranteed by the European Court that the UK helped to create.
If Rishi Sunak contemplates quitting membership of the court – which isn’t a “foreign” court just because it is located in another country, by the way – then it is because he wants to deprive you of legal support for your rights as a human being.
It will mean that he wants you to be sub-human in comparison to everybody else in Europe whose nations remain signed-up members of the Court.
Do you want Sunak to make you sub-human? Really?
