Dead cat alert: yesterday’s man talking about Uighurs on a failing news channel is a DISTRACTION
Apparently certain people are making a fuss because former Liberal Democrat minister Vince Cable said the Uighurs haven’t suffered genocide under China.
He did this while having a pint with swivel-eyed goon Nigel Farage on GB News, after publishing an article in The Independent.
Who cares what Cable thinks?
He’s yesterday’s man. So is Farage.
The whole stunt looks like it was cooked up to boost ratings for a failing far-right fake-news channel.
I hope no Vox Political reader is weak-minded enough to let Cable, Farage or GB News lead them by the nose in such a cynical way.
Have YOU donated to my crowdfunding appeal, raising funds to fight false libel claims by TV celebrities who should know better? These court cases cost a lot of money so every penny will help ensure that wealth doesn’t beat justice.

This is the man who was the economics advisor for one of the oil companies when they were polluting the Niger delta and getting the Nigerian government to wage war on local protesters. If he had no qualms working for a company that did that, he’s not going to have any qualms about lying on behalf of China. There should therefore be absolutely no need for anyone to pay any attention to him whatsoever. Just like his appearance on GB News to tell these untruths are an excellent reason for decent people to avoid the channel like the plague.
Have you ever heard of cognitive dissonance? You should, you are a victim of it. Do you have any friends who live in China? Know any honest reporters who live in China? Read Chinese Current Affairs media or documentaries? Read any non Imperialist Agenda or unbiased US/UK media? Where do you get your opinion from? Shall I take a guess and suggest that you rely solely on the corrupt and pro establishment media who repeatedly dole out any and all criticism of any country that the western “democratic” countries deem a threat to their self interest and bigotry? We have seen these tactics again repeatedly with our brown nosing mainstream media, one of the best examples is the way the Graund prints over 62 pro Israeli Zionist articles but only two from our decent Jews and why Jeremy Corbin was hounded by corrupt politicians both within the Labour Party and the Tories and was betrayed by all the gutter press in this country. Despite all that we have witnessed in the power of the dirty press, you still take their “news” in good faith?
Whilst I have only contempt for the likes of Cable and Farage, Starmer, Blair and most of the Tory and Right Wing elements in both politics and media, I would not choose to call someone a liar simply because they have intel I don’t agree with.
You should know better than this and if you bothered to immerse yourself in news from elsewhere, you would not be so arrogant in your presumption of intellectual superiority on matters you have garnered lazily from gutter press and the likes of the BBC/Channel 4. I know why they misrepresent, misinterpret, spout perfidious garbage, indulge in unadulterated bigotry and generally scrape the barrel of misinformation as and when it suits, but should we swallow their egregious dishonesty?
I don’t. Ex CIA, US diplomats, Scholastic and Professorial historians who have first hand knowledge of what has been happening with regard the problem of the insular and sectarian Uighar terrorist activities have shared their knowledge. Find it.
The only Uighurs suffering under China’s re-education programme are the terrorist elements or terrorist enablers (apart from those who lost their jobs because of US bullying sanctions).
There are people who actually know what is going on in the Xianging province who know what is happening and much of the problem in China with regards coverage of any negative press is from establishment mouth pieces in the pocket of the Corporate Elites and the US who instigate much of the propaganda.
Vince Cable is a non entity as far as I’m concerned but using his words as a prop to support corrupt presstitutes is not a good look. If the France,UK,US(otherwise known as FUCKUS) was not so Sino and Russo phobic we might actually have a future in the rise of the socialist giants who will eventually leave the US and it’s lap dog Britain far behind.
This is not one of your finest posts.

I have others if you really want to know what is actually going on though I doubt you will have any interest, but I can hope.
I know how you feel about this and am happy to publish your comment as an example of the other point of view on Uighurs – a minority viewpoint. History will show who’s right.
The point of the article was that the issue was being stirred up to create a bit of unwarranted heat around GB News. Surely you’ll agree that such behaviour is un-called for, no matter what you believe about it?
I would agree the comment about the dead cat opinion regarding Cable and the equally odious Farage were worth a mention, which is why I “liked” the comment and it was as you say a distraction or perhaps even a head line where otherwise there would have been none – if they are that desperate.
