If you understand the local elections, do you agree with Damo?
This is very simple, and it makes Keir Starmer look like an absolute blithering imbecile:
You're an idiot. An absolute ruddy plank. Do you have any remote concept of what local elections are about? https://t.co/t7BJvZ0JXC
— Damien Willey 🟢 🔴 (@KernowDamo) April 18, 2023
Put simply: voting Labour on May 4 will not change the NHS from its current course at all.
Local government has no control over the NHS.
And in any case, Starmer’s party is as much in favour of the privatisation that is killing the health service as the Tories. Those people won’t change anything; in fact, they’ll probably accelerate the damage.

Arrogant Starmer obviously believes he can utter any nonsense and we peasants will believe him! Local elections aren’t about the NHS boy Starmer they are about local political issues!
