If you understand the local elections, do you agree with Damo?

The message: if you believe the National Health Service works better without private, profit-making companies leeching cash out of it, then you shouldn’t vote for Keir Starmer’s privatisation-loving perversion of the Labour Party in any circumstances.

This is very simple, and it makes Keir Starmer look like an absolute blithering imbecile:

Put simply: voting Labour on May 4 will not change the NHS from its current course at all.

Local government has no control over the NHS.

And in any case, Starmer’s party is as much in favour of the privatisation that is killing the health service as the Tories. Those people won’t change anything; in fact, they’ll probably accelerate the damage.

Arrogant Starmer obviously believes he can utter any nonsense and we peasants will believe him! Local elections aren’t about the NHS boy Starmer they are about local political issues!
