The BBC News website has run an article today in which horror is expressed at an apparently exponential rise in anti-Semitic incidents since Israel invaded Gaza after the October 7 attacks last year – but is increased anti-Jewish feeling fuelled by Israeli soldiers raping Palestinian men?
You can read the BBC article here. Note that the incidents are self-reported, meaning that in many cases there is no independent corroboration that they took place.
Now visit this site and learn about a documented incident in which Israeli soldiers, having taken a number of Palestinians hostage and brought them to the Sde Teiman detention centre, took one aside and gang-raped him.
The man was left with ruptured internal organs, lung damage and broken ribs.

While nine Israeli troops were arrested over the incident, their arrest triggered a riot by a far-right mob, including government ministers, that declared the soldiers ‘holy’ and ‘heroes’ and tried to break them out of jail.
According to Skwawkbox:
Thousands of Palestinians have been arbitrarily arrested and detained, including many women and children. torture, rape and sexual violence, according to Israeli media reports, are routinely used against detainees.
None of the above justifies violence against Jewish people, simply because they are Jewish. The individuals who perpetrate crimes against Palestinians (or anyone) are individually responsible for their actions and should be punished on that basis.
That being said, the soldiers who were recorded raping a man, together with the extremists who tried to break them out of prison, have set an example for the world of the way Jewish people apparently behave, or are expected or permitted to behave.
In the light of this evidence, those of us with any understanding of human nature may understand – but not condone – the reactions of people in the UK against Jewish people here, especially when we take into account an apparent mass-media blackout that prevents incidents such as the Sde Teiman rape(s?) being reported here.
Some might say incidents like this should not be reported because the reports or video evidence may stir up racial hatred or incite violence, but this is not true; it is the actions of the individuals who were recorded that inflame such tensions.
This Writer would suggest that the best way for organisations like the Community Security Trust to stop morons from kicking off is to demand that the Israeli government and military set a much better example. It’s hard to condemn people for reacting against rapists.
